Summary Description
The Program Manager (PM) addresses all aspects of programming. Adheres to all PATH Intl., MA State & BINA standards. Works with the Executive Director on Program & Curriculum optimization, strategic planning/implementation and professional development. Responsible for all programmatic administrative needs on a day-to-day basis. Oversight of all program team members (office & Instructors). PM reports to the Executive Director and to the Finance Director for the client billing portion of the position. Teaches a specific amount of lessons per week. This position has potential for growth to become a Program Director for a qualified individual who meets certain milestones.

- Maintains a neat and organized work environment.
- Assists wherever needed to ensure the seamless operation of our nonprofit.
Requirements
- Embraces and represents the Mission of BINA Farm Center.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office
- PATH Int’l Certified and MA License or in process
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments and deliver quality results on time
- Ability to work independently
- A good team player and maintaining positive office morale
- Attends staff meetings
- Available on weekends with notice for special events
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus and/or ability to learn independently.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and has access to an operational and insured vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
