Position Title – Program Manager Senior NON IT
Address – Remote with some travel, as needed (Rancho Cordova CA)
Pay -- $77.39 - $84.72
Hours – 8 – 5 PST

Position Purpose:

Manage and drive the implementation of the Medicare Transition of Care Star measures strategy and interventions. This includes defining, organizing, and facilitating resolution of the workplans associated with interventions, often through influence as workplan action owners sit cross-functionally throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires familiarity with health care data and the health care delivery system in California
• Previous project management experience required in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary, large-scale corporate/enterprise-wide projects
• Exposure and experience working with HEDIS measures
• Health plan or provider experience strongly desired
• MS Office Suite apps
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to have difficult conversations
