Job Description:
Associate Managers are responsible for supporting Manager/Sr. Managers in executing programmatic media campaigns. The role will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Will oversee activation, campaign management, and reporting in conjunction with Sr. Manager
- Assoc. Manager will leverage their skills in investment software and data analysis to optimize campaigns and create maximum ROI for clients
- Will work hand in hand with planning counterparts on creative needs, custom reports, channel insights
- Assoc. Manager will work with Sr. manager to design and populate insightful reports on the impact of digital media strategies
- Associate manager will play a leading role on overseeing successful campaign launches in partnership with Sr. Specialist and planning counterparts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience within the digital and programmatic industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Collaboration mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive work ethic
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Comfortable with analysis and data
- Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite desired

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
