Monday - Friday | FULL TIME $35,000 annual salaryWe are hiring for both full time day and evening shifts.F ull-time day | Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00pm Full-time evening | Monday – Friday 5:00pm–2:00am

FULL-TIME PROJECT & FLOOR TECHNICIANS perform a variety of custodial tasks relating to the cleaning of different floor types (e.g. carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors). Company specific carpet and floor cleaning technique training will be provided.
Additional project assignments may include power washing, window cleaning and other quarterly assignments requested by the client that fall within our scoop of capabilities.

Position requires physical strength and dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required cleaning duties. Requires ability to climb stairs, stand for long periods, bend and stoop regularly throughout work period. Frequent bending and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular, recurring basis.
