Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Roselle. In this role, you will partner and communicate with project managers, field service team, and third party installation contractors on water test and site survey deployment, and issues with invoice paperwork.
More details about this opportunity:
  • Responsible for the coordination and shipment of water tests to architects, designers and facility maintenance personnel.
  • Processes orders to production for service parts and water test bottles.
  • Process shipping labels for the shipment of water tests along with necessary paperwork.
  • Sets up new stores into Service Max.
  • Process orders for TWM customers in accordance to service level agreements.
  • Issues work orders to service agents to perform work.
  • Reviews completed work orders from service providers, closes work orders in Service Max and processes payment upon completion.
  • Runs Service Max tracking reports to ensure service providers are meeting customer’s service level agreements.
  • Partners with Technical Service and Regional Operations Managers on equipment recommendations as appropriate.
  • Other duties as required and assigned
  • Base pay at $29/hr.
  • Position Hours: 8am - 5pm, but start time is flexible
Key Qualifications:
  • Desired 2 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work in Excel
  • Familiar with Salesforce and ServiceMax a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing environment.
  • Experience building relationships at all levels including distribution channel.
