Job description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a control system for accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and reviews O&M’s, guarantees and warranties, and contractor training of owner personnel.
• Participate in reviewing RFIs and coordinate a response promptly.
• Monitor work progresses as it relates to the schedule.
• Assist with the monthly updates to the master schedule.
• Read, analyze, and troubleshoot project plans/blueprints
• Compliance with basic contract law and job-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related major) or a combination of education and hands-on work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in civil construction
• Understanding of job cost forecasting methodology & troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling methodology.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. We like working fast, not driving fast!
• Knowledge or experience with or some of the following
• HCSS HeavyJob
• Oracle P6 CPM Scheduling Software
• Vista Accounting Software
• MS Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
