We are hiring a professional Project Estimator to join our team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assisting with preconstruction functions including estimating, takeoffs, proposals, etc.
• Evaluate and maintain a historical cost database in our markets.
• Prepare and review the cost proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, internal clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing multiple estimates at a time.
• Daily communication with the sales team to gather project information, review plans or scopes of work update specifications, identifying, and projecting costs to ensure estimates are complete in scope and price.
• Prepare a construction budget that directly correlates with the estimates.
• Prequalify subs and collect bids as needed.
• Develop and maintain qualified pool of subcontractors for individual projects.
• Maintains quality service to our sales force through constant communication and proactive problem-solving. Team player mentality is a must for success in this role.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Construction and Renovation Estimating for Commercial General Contractor.
• Knowledge of Revu or other takeoff software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering is a plus.
• 3+ Years of Related Experience.

COMPENSATION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
