Position Details:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress against plans, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Facilitate project team meetings, including regular check-ins and status updates
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
  • Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring all changes are appropriately documented and communicated
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Prepare and submit grant applications as needed, coordinating input from Permian leadership team
  • Liaison with funding source(s), to inform, advocate, clarify needs, follow up on applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA
  • PMP certification is a plus.
