It Works! Project Manager

This is a hybrid position requiring 3-days in-house/2-days remote

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects. The function leads projects through the entire delivery life cycle from planning through release, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. Also includes leading, collaborating, coaching team members and influencing others to ensure the success of initiatives.

Responsible for working directly with multiple levels of Management and Senior staff for technology initiatives including project costs, project timelines, IT project resource allocation, scheduling, vendor management, software licensing/contract management, procurement management and overall project cost management.

Work closely with IT Management and functional business teams on IT deliverables, schedules, resource and costs for impacted projects. Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of IT, Marketing, and Operations projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

• Able to lead projects of varying scope and complexity to deliver quality implementations.

• Excellent project management and change control skills.

• Excellent organizational, document management, and team leadership skills.

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office at a highly proficient level.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 5+ years of experience operating in a dedicated, cross-functional Project Management capacity at an IT organization

• Ability to operate in both waterfall and agile methodologies

• Experience with project tracking tools (Wrike/ADO)

• Responsible and dedicated to the organization and job.

• Experience working on a wide variety of projects including Technical, Marketing, and Operations.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• CSM and/or equivalent certification
