Regalo International LLC and Carlson Pet Company are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team! In this new role, you’ll have the ability to create processes, manage workflows, and implement key communications across our key product development departments. If you’re someone who likes to manage processes and workflows, is a great communicator, and has experience in owning projects, this may be a great fit for you! Our ideal candidate will implement clear communication cross-departmentally in marketing, sales, distribution, and engineering; they will manage project deadlines, inform team members of changes to product development, and be the gatherer of information to provide analysis on various opportunities Come be a part of a growing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Gather information on new products that are planning to launch into the market

· Manage the flow of projects from start to finish including evaluating our current processes and making improvements

· Working cross-departmentally to know the current updates on projects as they work thorough each department

· Ensure current projects are on track and adjust timelines as necessary

· Will implement a software system to track project progress

· Schedule and run meetings to discuss project status

· Evaluate new opportunities for improvement through market research

· Provide key updates to the executive team

· Report to Vice President Marketing + Product Development

An ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree and experience with Project Management software is preferred. Work in a similar industry is a plus!

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
