The Berlin Steel Construction Company is a full service specialty contractor, primarily with structural steel and miscellaneous metals. We design, fabricate, and erect structures in the Northeast and in other parts of the country. We have 2 fabrication facilities, 4 erection operations facilities, and 6 office locations that provide engineering and management of projects. We are a 100% employee owned company (ESOP) with a desire for growth. We service the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager preferably with miscellaneous metals and/or structural steel, to join our team at our West Chester, PA location.

The person who fills this role will be responsible to provide overall project management for structural and / or miscellaneous construction jobs by establishing project objectives, providing a management plan, and working as a liaison with contractor and/or other subcontractors and vendors. This role will manage and monitor Berlin Steel’s subcontract for construction including all technical and financial matters.

Applicants with three to five years of experience working as a Constuction Project Manager, preferably at a steel company. A degree in construction management preferred. Applicants must be proficient with reading of shop and erection drawings. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work with internal and external customers as well as strong computer skills.
