Job Details for Property Accountant:
- Schedule for Accountant: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr depending on experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Property Accountant:
- Over see A/R and A/P Projects
- Prepare cash flows and projections for property portfolio
- Prepare information and documents needed for Repair and Replacement (R/R) withdrawals.
- Prepare variance report explanations for Profit and Loss Statements.
- Prepare and ensure timely completion of Monthly Operating Report (MOR) for management.
- Reconcile portfolio bank cash accounts for property portfolio.
- Fund payroll accounts for property portfolio.
Job Requirements for Property Accountant:
- BS in Accounting
- Usage of Excel, Word, Outlook
- MUST have Yardi experience
