Job Details for Property Accountant:

• Schedule for Accountant: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr depending on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Property Accountant:

• Over see A/R and A/P Projects
• Prepare cash flows and projections for property portfolio
• Prepare information and documents needed for Repair and Replacement (R/R) withdrawals.
• Prepare variance report explanations for Profit and Loss Statements.
• Prepare and ensure timely completion of Monthly Operating Report (MOR) for management.
• Reconcile portfolio bank cash accounts for property portfolio.
• Fund payroll accounts for property portfolio.

Job Requirements for Property Accountant:

• BS in Accounting
• Usage of Excel, Word, Outlook
• MUST have Yardi experience
