We are seeking a experienced Manufactured Mobile Home Park Manager to oversee the operations of our thriving mobile home park. As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the community, maintaining high standards, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of property management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Ensure that all legal requirements are met and that all safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and activities.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Inspect the property regularly to ensure that it is in good condition.
- Manage contracts with vendors and contractors.
