As the Property / Portfolio Manager of Conventional housing, you will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of properties located in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh (Fox Chapel, North Hills, Cranberry, North Allegheny). You will primarily be working from our Corporate office in the South Side of Pittsburgh, with travel offsite approximately 30% of the time. This position will offer a hybrid, work-from-home schedule once training is completed.

Property Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Fiscally and physically manager a pre-set portfolio of leased / occupied properties
- Manage the work order and vendor coordination for any needed repairs
- Communicate with tenants regarding visits to the property, inspections and/or work to be performed
- Manage past-due rent and file legal proceedings in accordance with Arbors policies and procedures
- Send ‘late’ notices monthly for past-due accounts
- Communicate with property owners regarding repairs, issues and financials
- Be available for on-call in the event of an emergency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of leasing
- Experience with Property Management software is helpful
- Have current, or be willing to obtain, an active PA Real Estate license
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s license and insurance
- Be comfortable traveling in and around the North Side of Pittsburgh
