What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be the pivotal coordination link between authors and the production team for developing graphics, proposal development, and the series of color review teams. Work with the color review team lead to facilitate materials, logistics, and process of color reviews. Request, develop, and administer proposal development workspaces in SharePoint environments. Post and update proposal-related documents and perform searches on reusable material, as requested by capture and proposal development personnel. as well as collaborate with the BD team on developing basic proposal management documents, such as schedule, compliance matrix, outline, POC list, kickoff presentation, proposal document templates, and related training materials. Other responsibilities are listed below:

• Respond rapidly to RFP and amendment releases and implement required actions and changes to proposal planning documents, including coordinating changes with authors
• Plan, organize, and manage proposals or RFIs as assigned
• Assist facilitating win strategy development sessions including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
• Assist in the development of customer profiles, including customer needs, issues, hopes, and biases
• Coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses of Mission1st Group, Inc and potential competitors to leverage in proposals
• Collaborate with Operations Group Leaders, Solution Architects and SMEs to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are price competitive, executable and will be evaluated favorable

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (four-year college or university) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Four or more (4+) years' experience (proposal management and/or coordination in a government contract environment)
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office, CRM and SharePoint
• A commitment to your profession demonstrated by participation in providing support, guidance and memberships in professional associations
