PSYCHOTHERAPIST POSITION

Psychotherapist Position

We are seeking Illinois licensed psychotherapists (for full time - caseload of 25 clients) positions for our Oak Park and Logan Square offices (Hybrid of Telehealth and In Person but can be Telehealth if desired).

• Primarily provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds, using the Intrapsychic Humanism (IH) psychodynamic psychotherapy model, and in addition provide parent guidance using the Smart Love® parenting model (new hires are fully trained on an ongoing basis).
• Additional opportunities to provide couple, family and group psychotherapy, psychological testing, and parent education seminars/webinars.
• Offer services to clients and families through It Takes a Village, our parent support program for families of color.

Requirements for Psychotherapist:

• Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW or LCPC in IL (Provisional licenses LPC/LSW will be considered).
• Values providing long term psychotherapy and relationship based psychotherapy.
• Enjoys learning and the support of ongoing supervision/consultation regardless of experience level.

Payment Structure:

• For fully licensed psychotherapists: Collections model (earn a percentage of fees collected) for client hours
• For LPC or LSW psychotherapists working towards licensure: Full time fellowship opportunities that offer a competitive stipend
