COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team onsite at our Secaucus, NJ office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for public relations and a proven track record in advertising and event planning. Responsibilities:

• Support public relations management and local community affairs
• Plan and arrange PR activities and events
• Manage all advertising and procurement of promotional items
• Oversee website and social media management
• Write press releases
• Provide executive support in drafting speeches for internal and external events
• Perform corporate governance functions including management of Corporate Book, Corporate Consents, Annual Report filing, and record keeping

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of applicable experience within a corporate setting
• Proven experience in public relations, advertising, and event planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to legally work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
