Job Description Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Purchasing Analyst to join our team here in PayPal. As part of this team you will be managing the end to end process of purchasing hardware and software & be the point of contact for all queries in EMEA. We are currently working remotely, in a Virtual Flex environment & are excited to hear from you!

• Managing end to end hardware/software ordering
• Liaising with local vendors regarding sourcing of hardware/software required including supply chain management as it relates to lead times and pre-stocking
• Following through with creating purchasing orders, confirming receipt of goods and remediation of any payment issues
• Ensuring purchase tracking is kept up to date with new orders placed/goods received and tracking any order delays with vendor
• Resolving any internal queries across the business regarding orders, availability, lead times etc.
• Acting as point of contact between vendors and PayPal AP to resolve any invoice or payment queries
• Providing process ownership within the team and collaborate on automation and enhancements as required

What you need to bring:

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with Ariba, SAPSRM or other ordering program is not required, but a plus
