Position Details:
Position Type: Full-time/Contract
Job Location: Summit, NJ
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri
Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance
Compensation: $27.85/hr


The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Contract Operations team by processing capital and study supply contracts and purchases for multiple Client sites for Product Development (PD).

Responsibilities:

• Enter equipment or services requisitions into the appropriate system
• Follow up with customers, partners and vendors as needed
• Update tracking systems from order to invoice
• Monitor orders to ensure timely completion of workflow
• Perform administrative functions to support Contract Operations
• Provide updates to management as needed

Education & Experience:

• BS degree in Business field or science field preferred
• 1 - 3 years of requisitioning experience
• If candidate exceeds 3 years’ experience, BS requirement is flexible

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint is preferred.
• Working knowledge of enterprise business systems such as Icertis, SAP and ordering systems like Ariba.
• Innate ability to learn new software, such as corporate intranet and enterprise business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient at writing well formulated emails and

notifications.

• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong multi tasking ability in conjunction with proven organizational skills. Ability to organize assigned tasks in a

high paced environment and concurrently monitor tasks / assignments with others that may impact timely
completion.
