Role Description:
We are looking for a talented senior Python developer to work in the Risk & Finance Technology team. You will be responsible for designing and developing web-based Python solutions to help solve complex business problems within one of the most interesting parts of one of the world’s largest banks. You will work closely with business users, business analysts and development colleagues to build best in class risk management solutions.

Core Skills:
Required Skills
- A number of years of relevant IT software experience (Development SDLC lifecycle)
- Proven programming ability in Python, with OO programming & design patterns
- Proven database development experience, preferably with DB2 or SQL Server/Sybase/Oracle experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Experience working on large enterprise-level projects
- Experience in developing high performance server-side applications dealing with very large volumes of data
Desired Skills
- Scrum master
- Excellent written communication and able to communicate technical concepts well
- Financial services experience
