Job Summary: The QEHS CSC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the workplace is compliant with all applicable safety and environmental regulations that are set forth by corporate policies and systems. This position will support the local facilities with quality observations, updating procedures and work instructions, safety root cause analysis, and solution solving for non-conformance, CAPA, and incidents. This role will also be the liaison for the corporate Quality and EHS team at the local level.Attributes: List at least FIVE essential Caliper Competencies.

- Bachelor’s Degreeor related experience
- 3-5 years Quality Management experience. Experience working in an organization registered to ISO 9001, cGMP or AS 9100 preferred.
- EHS experience is a plus

- Willing to travel up to 25% of time
- Assures compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, policies and procedures related to Quality and EHS
- Serves as the local liaison to assist in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including Document Control System, Nonconformance/Deviation Management System, SQI’s, and monitoring metrics to ensure a healthy QMS
- Assists operational managers in preparation for external audits and self-assessments
- Drive continual improvement by process evaluation compliance and recommendation
- Manages near miss, incident, and accident reports to ensure that root cause is determined, and correct actions recommended to local leadership
- Liaison to the Quality/EHS leadership team to deploy policies and programs
- Participates in corporate continuous improvement projects for document control, non-conformance system, and process standardization
- Drive internal/external customer satisfaction
- Safety observations and participation in safety meetings
- Other quality, safety, and regulatory duties as assigned
