As our Quality Engineer you will interface with the Quality Manager and other teams as deemed neccessary to successfully ensure the highest standards of quality internally and externally. Interface with all branches for quality escapes both internal and external Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause at all branches. Work on Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes.

Key Accountabilities:
- Meet Customer requirements for Quality Metrics
- Interface with Branch Quality Leadership on all quality issues
- Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics
- Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified a plus
- Extensive knowledge of inspection processes and controls.
- PC literacy (for example, Excel, Word, data entry, computer transactions) required
- Ability to read prints and drawings
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Has knowledge in Quality Science Arena
- Knowledge of Aerospace
- Root Cause & Corrective Action including Continuous Improvement
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing and quality control methods and techniques.
- Be AS9100 auditor certified or ability to become AS9100 auditor
**This role may assist with quality duties at other plant locations within the region - some travel invovled**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
