In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Quality Outreach Specialist.
Work Location: Onsite & Remote
As part of this role, you will:
- Audit patient charts in the EHR for quality measures and complete outreach to patients with open quality care gaps
- Be the person who calls our patients with a smile in their voice who helps them schedule the care they need to be healthy
- Answer questions about our services and hours
What you need to bring to this role:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6+ months experience in a healthcare environment required
- Working knowledge of medical terminology required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
- EHR experience a plus
- Billing and coding experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers in stressful situations
- Tech savviness and comfortable with technology
- Polished in both personal appearance and interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Detail oriented with an organized mind-set
- Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
