The primary focus of the Quote Administrator is to review quotes for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has Zego support background, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Review executed quotes by sales and provide feedback and fixes to the quotes
Learn CPQ and be able to edit quotes for sales, process true-ups, downsells, etc.
Learn CPQ and be able to train and coach the sales team Provide a professional, dedicated and customer focused service to all customers and colleagues in correctly interpreting the request, providing a specification of requirements and ensuring quotes are accurate and reviewed in an efficient manner
Use schedules of rates or other means to check quotations received from sales to ensure value for money and adherence to contracts.
Provide professional quotations that meet the needs of all customers and colleagues and have required levels of detail to allow an informed decision to be made
Provide professional communication, both verbally and written, to colleagues ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times in all communications
Liaise with and meet with, as necessary, sales to ensure that the specification and quote details are accurate and consistent and that the quote is of the highest accuracy and detail
Clean up pipeline contract data to ensure accurate and timely quote review processes
Support the operational teams by giving guidance and advice on specifications and costs
Secure and maintain a good working knowledge of the contractual requirements of the Zego standard contract
Support and utilize documents/processes contained within the Renewals function
Support other team members as necessary to complete administration activities
