Radiology Outsourcing Assistant (Grade IV)
Job description
The purpose of this post is to provide administration /secretarial support to the Radiology Outsourcing Coordinator. The successful candidate will work as part of the radiology outsourcing team using telephone communication dealing with parents, in house and external customers Interacting with all radiology disciplines and other hospital staff.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant third level Qualification or Relevant experience in an Administrative role
- Have a minimum of 1 years administration /secretarial experience in a Health Sector environment or service related industry.
- Have excellent PC skills- Microsoft office suite to include proficiency in Excel, other IT related packages.
- Have excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workloads.
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent command and understanding of the English
