Applicants should have: -

• Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 5 Office Administration -essential

• At least 2 years Administrative experience, preferably within the Health Sector,

• Experience working in a busy environment, dealing with numerous staff and confidential data.

• Excellent professional telephone manner with good experience of dealing with queries from families

and members of the public.

• Competent IT skills - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

• Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

• Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework
