Receptionist

Harvey Auto Group is searching for a Receptionist to work in our Hayward Honda location. Candidates must be honest, energetic, hard-working with strong leadership skills and a great attitude.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate department or person
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Assist Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• Previous experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check

The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.34 and $21.00.
