RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER

HEADQUARTER TOYOTA needs Receptionist / Cashiers now! Our organization has a high volume of business and is expanding.

Summary/Objective
The Receptionist / Cashier is responsible for welcoming and creating a pleasant environment for the dealership customers in accordance with company policies.

Receptionist / Cashier - Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Accepting payments by cash, credit cards and checks from customers for down payments, tags/registration, and/or other services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintaining the filing system for tags and registrations;
• Calling customers when their tag/registration for their new vehicle is ready for pick up;
• Logging deals on logbook and computer
• Maintaining tag logs for demo rides
• Logging and maintaining new and used car packages
• Maintaining a clean workspace

Receptionist / Cashier - Requirements:

• Adhere to the company's dress code policy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to quality
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Good work ethic
• Must work well with others
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
