We are a high-performing, energetic optometry office in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, committed to industry-leading vision care. We feature the latest technology, designer eye and sun glasses, specialized contact lenses, LASIK-related services, and aesthetics.

We're currently looking for a full-time (Tues-Sat) receptionist/optometric assistant to join our team.

Duties of Receptionist/Optometric Assistant Include:

- Scheduling patient appointments
- Checking patients in, assisting them through their computerized testing
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Notifying patients that their glasses are ready
- Filing
- Repairing and adjusting loose / damaged glasses
- Assisting our other team members when they are busy

Ideal Qualities:

- Experience as a receptionist/optometric assistant is helpful but NOT required; we would much rather hire the right PERSONALITY
- Hard-working
- Honest
- Good with people / comfortable with sales
- Energetic
- Professional Appearance
- Willing to learn new things

Compensation:

- $18-19+/hr+ depending on personality, attitude, and experience - Medical Insurance - Bonuses/Incentives - Paid Vacation
