Trulite is currently looking for a high-energy, creative individual contributor to join the Corporate HR Team as a Recruiter. Primary areas of responsibilities include creating lead generation through job ads and other content, searching social networks, job boards, and the internet to identify potentially qualified candidates to fill open positions across the Trulite network.

This position will support the recruitment function and will work with, and take indirect direction from, the TA and HR team on hard-to-fill positions and urgent sourcing needs.

Who You Are:

  • A creative individual with super user skills in top social media networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc) utilized to source for and connect with passive and active candidates
  • You have the ability and desire to communicate effectively, follow up on various tasks unprompted with the ability to multi-task effectively because you have exceptional organization skills
  • You have experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or other creative software suite
  • Ability to utilize job boards for sourcing talent
  • Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in recruiting and marketing(1-2 years)
  • Strong experience providing customer service (internal and external)
  • Strong relationship-building experience

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for helping to drive key TA activities which include, creating requisitions and job ads, sourcing talent from Job Boards and ATS, initiating contact with talent from Job Boards and ATS, building the internal TA database
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content.
    Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Build online presence via consistent planning for social media platforms (Glassdoor, Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn) while adhering to Trulite's social media guidelines
  • Assist creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, by maintaining open communication with TA and potential candidates
  • Source candidates through various job boards (ie LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc) and various professional networks
  • Effectively screening resumes to set up preliminary interviews with TA
