National Staffing Agency Looking for an Experienced Staffing Recruiters in these locations:

Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, Nashville, Cleveland & Columbus

Resumes are being accepted and interviewing has begun for a Skilled Trades Recruiter position with ULG Skilled Trades. We are a rapidly growing staffing organization with offices throughout the country. Our offices continuously and applicants will have room to grow within the company.

We are looking for the following traits in our applicants:

• Recruiting or staffing industry experience(preferred)
• College degree (preferred not required)
• Ability to develop new relationships with clients and candidates through cold & warm calls.
• Great sense of humor and friendly personality
• Organized and detail Oriented
• Exceptional work-ethic, this is not a 9-5 type of job.
• Ability to focus and maintain in an up-tempo work environment.
• Professional level written & verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and long hours if necessary, during busy periods.
• Willing to travel on occasion, if necessary, out of state.
• Strong drive to succeed.

Job Description and Position Responsibilities

• Employee will be responsible for but not limited to, the following:
• Working with office manager and sales staff to recruit and hire for commercial and industrial construction skilled labor positions.
• Interviewing and hiring applicants
• Background checks
• Drug screen scheduling
• Reference checks
• Maintaining a database of available applicants and open positions
• Utilize search engines and databases to identify and qualify candidates for our open positions.
• Utilize local, national, regional, and niche job boards and other candidate sites to source additional candidates.
• Advertise in local media
• Assisting in all paperwork duties including:
• Applications and review of applicants
• New Hire paperwork
• Time cards: collection and distribution
• Client and project work orders
• Filing and reviewing potential applicants

Qualified applicants will start with a base salary of $50 - $60,000 including performance-based commission with earning potential of $80 - $85,000
