As the Recruitment Specialist with Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, you will:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support departmental staffing objectives.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process and human resources onboarding.
• Lead employment branding initiatives to increase visibility of GSWO.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint throughout the recruitment process.
• Administer employee benefit communications, leave programs, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment programs.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Actively participate in the planning and implementation of special projects.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and turnover data.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience required.
• Two to four years of experience in a human resource generalist role with proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and project management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and effectively problem solve.
• Continual learning mindset.
