Partnered in ministry with more than two dozen Christian congregations across the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul in Minnesota, Lyngblomsten provides a continuum of care meets the needs of adults as they travel the later years of their life’s journey.

About: Lyngblomsten has a full-time (M-F) exempt opening for a Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator. This position is in person and will recruit for both the St. Paul and Lino Lakes campuses. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting - Job postings, interviewing, reference checks and making offers.
• Community engagement for recruitment.
• Onboarding - assisting employees with new hire paperwork completion, submitting background checks and leading new hire orientation
• Back up Human Resources Coordinator duties.

Requirements:

• Working towards or achieved Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, recruitment or related field.
