The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant (Intern) to join our HR team reporting to the Recruitment Manager. This role is mainly administrative but is an excellent opportunity to gain insight and experience in recruitment in a global company.
Your responsibilities:
- Interview process management
- Reference checks
- Updating reports
- Post roles on Linked in and other job boards
- Provide support to the recruitment manager for sourcing candidates using various job boards
- Ability to recruit passive candidates
- Employment contract generation
We seek the following qualifications, attributes and skills:
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience a distinct advantage
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Human Resource qualification
