This position is the full-cycle sales, "face" of our team to clients. You will reach out to hiring managers at all kinds of businesses throughout the greater Orlando area. Explain how we can help them hire, and convince them to let us make their job easy! Learn about their company culture and what specific skills a new employee would need to have to be the perfect fit. Then work with the Recruiting team to matchmake the right person for the job and get people hired!

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1-2+ years of professional tenure (full-time, post-education)
  • Very comfortable talking on the phone. Great at marketing themselves professionally on LinkedIn, video meetings, networking events, etc. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Is familiar with the Orlando area, community, the types of businesses, etc. Must already live locally and be able to commute to our office near the Central Business District.
