Project Hope Autism Services (PHAS) is a center-based program located in Jupiter, Florida providing ABA therapy to children aged 2 to 12yrs, old, with Autism and related disorders: Early intervention for ages 2-6, after-school ABA services for grades K-5, as well as in-home and school/community services.

- Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group settings.
- Provide a fun, creative, and individualized learning environment for each client.
- Implement behavioral plans and procedures developed by a BCBA.
- Maintain clear and accurate records, both written and using software for data collection.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, staff, etc. at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and client case reviews as required.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Creativity to make learning fun, individualized, and motivational based on each client’s abilities and needs.
- Experience with children ages 1-12 preferred.
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with the team, parents, supervisors, and outside agencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form of the English language.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate up to 50 lbs in weight.
- Must pass Level 2 background screening.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma. A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with Autism or related special needs (preferably as an RBT) required.
