Inspire Therapy is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and teens with autism spectrum disorders through individualized learning programs. Our RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

We aim to provide quality, fun and compassionate learning opportunities for our clients. Our leadership team places a heavy emphasis on learning through play. Whether we are teaching beginning language, social-emotional skills, or advanced conversation skills, our team allows the child to lead the learning.

Registered Behavior Technician Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field preferred but not required
• Current RBT certification from the BACB and competency with RBT task list items, or willingness to complete a 40-hour training program and take computer-based exam for certification.
• Experience working with children
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility
• Must be able to sit, crouch, stand, and play on the floor for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Must be able to successfully pass a 10-year criminal background check

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

• Direct implementation individualized learning plans
• Implementation of ABA therapy techniques
• Communicate regularly and effectively with case supervisors
• Complete daily progress notes using electronic records system
• Collect data on program implementation daily
• Communicate directly with parents before and after therapy sessions
• Prepare and/or gather materials required to implement behavior programs
• Collaborate with therapy team members
• Assist in light cleaning of clinic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
