Family Focus Home Health is hiring to fill multiple full and part-time Registered Nurse positions within Delaware County, Fairfield County, Franklin County, Knox County, and Licking County. You are assigned to one area based on your address unless you specify otherwise.

***Pay Per Visit:***

$30- per for Skilled Visit Weekdays.

$33- per Skilled Visit Weekends.

$40- per Resumption Visit.

$45- per Recertification Visit.

$75- per Opening Visit.

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification required. We can update this for you in the office- at our cost!
• Ability to pass Background Check- at our cost!
• TB Test Result. If this is expired we will also do this for you in the office- at our cost!

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Able to communicate with clients/families and emergency systems personnel.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Duties:

• Seeing and assessing multiple patients daily in their homes. Responsible for Opening +Re-certification of cases for Home Health Services for our patients to most thoroughly provide them upmost dignified care from the comfort of their own homes.
• Following and creating Patients Care Plans that will ensure the best accommodations for the overall wellness and comfort of each and every patient within their homes.
• Administer Medication, Vital checks, and head-to-toe assessments.
• Overall supervision of multiple patients and the care they receive from our Home Health Aide's as well.
