Overview

TE Connectivity are hiring for a new remote role to work with out HR Shared Services team in Cork, Ireland. In this role you will support employees and managers in the EMEA region across all aspects of the employee lifecycle from hiring through separation.

This is a full time, permanent position with great benefits and would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to start their career in HR and gain exposure to HR policies and procedures at a regional level.

Responsibilities

· You will be the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR related enquiries

· Create appropriate documentation to support employee and manager transactions through our HR data management system

· Researching required information using Knowledge Management System to handle and resolve customer enquiries

· Maintaining accurate employee records

· Identifying and escalating priority issues and routes to appropriate team for quick resolution

What we look for

· Educated to degree level with emphasis in HR or Business or other related discipline

· 1+ year of customer contact experience if not educated to degree level

· Fluent in one of the following languages French as well as English

· Strong team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced international HR team

· Desire to build a career in HR with an appetite for lifelong learning

Salary: €26,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
