Summary
Assist Dr. Khalil Khanafer with his project Process Parameters Optimization in 3D Printing of Metallic Parts
Responsibilities*
- Assist in creating / running the additive manufacturing model using Ansys software
- Plot the results such as deformation and stresses for various input parameters
- Assist with writing progress / final reports
Required Qualifications*
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program or higher (MSc.)
- Must have knowledge in using CAD software such as Solidwork
- Must have completed a Heat Transfer course or is taking the course during Winter 2023
Desired Qualifications*
Knowledge in using ANSYS software is preferable
