Casa Nela is looking for a full-time Reservationist with a passion for hospitality to join our team. If you are obsessed with food, beverage and providing a great guest experience, we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism while answering multi line phone system and handling various guest requests in a timely manner
- Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Shifts ranging from Thursday-Sunday ( up to 30-35 hours)
- Experience with Resy a must
- Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
