Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job Pay: $32-48 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at AAA Heating & Air Conditioning, you will work directly with the homeowners to diagnose HVAC issues and present the best possible options to restore system operation or prevent future system breakdowns. You will be expected to advocate for the customer & business and actively seek out opportunities to drive revenue growth by providing world class service.

Duties:

• Communicates to client what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.
• Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client needs and develop options that meet customer needs.
• System diagnostics & repairs on defective equipment.
• Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.

Minimum Requirements:

• HVAC Service Technician experience required: 2+ years.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
• Valid Washington Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.

Signing Bonus and Added compensation available for Senior Technicians who possess the following:

• 06a/b Electrical License
• Advanced Residential HVAC Diagnostic Skills/Training
• Confident and capable with Residential Refrigeration diagnostics and repairs
• Experience achieving high truck revenue/sales goals.
