A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER
As our Restaurant Manager, you oversee daily operations to ensure high quality food service, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow. Through established policies and procedures, you tackle necessary managerial duties including ordering and inventory control. You forecast work schedules and set sales goals according in conjunction with company objectives.
Your desire for cleanliness and efficiency ensures that your food service team is following established and easy-to-follow procedures. You promote a positive and productive work environment. Starting with hiring and training, you are a consistent and encouraging mentor that provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, including cross training.
The highlight of your shift is customer interaction. You oversee that excellent customer service is being provided by all food service members. As needed, you step in to assist and handle complaints when needed. You enjoy working hands-on with the quick service crew. Through your hard work and dedication in this management role, you leave each day knowing your efforts contributed to a successful quick service restaurant - as well as creating memorable experiences for both your food service team and valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 or more years of quick service management
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Available to work weekends and be on call
