If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Coordinator to join our team in Cork and provide exceptional administrative support to the Regatta Ireland retail and Concession store teams and office, ensuring they can deliver and exceed sales across their stores.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
You’re helping to manage stock, from the warehouse to stores, stores to showroom, showroom to customer. Whether it be writing off stock or tracking deliveries, you have a part in making sure the stock is in the right place at the right time.
You’re supporting our showroom, stores and concessions teams to deliver exceptional service to customers whilst delivering and exceeding sales nationally. With the quick response to administrative/equipment requests, IT query support and orders of POS and Marketing collateral as needed, the teams will be in the best position possible to focus on the customer.
You’re keeping our systems accurate for our internal teams and external customers, so everyone has access to all imagery, product information, pricing and invoices as required.
You’re a link between the stores and warehouse, maintaining the POS levels, managing faulty stock and ensuring the warehouse function is supported when needed.
You’re a whizz on Excel and frequently providing reports across the business areas to enable them to be up to date with figures, product, sales and store performance.
You’re the event and travel planner, with your brilliant organisational skills both will be delivered to a high standard and within budget, whether it be a new store opening event or travel arranged to visit another offer.
As our future Retail Coordinator you will have:
- Valid driving licence (able to travel to warehouse and stores)
- Strong administrative experience with accurate data entry and populating experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- An understanding of the retail environment would be beneficial
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements
- Resilient attitude
- Able to work confidentially
- A can-do, proactive attitude
- Excellent diary and time management
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Understanding of and able to work within GDPR regulations
- Computer literate with the ability to pick up systems with ease
