The Fulfillment Returns Associate’s role is to receive and process returns efficiently in order to service internal and external customers that are associated with our retail, web catalogue and industrial based business units.

• Review exchange/return form and give proper notation to Accounting Returns Associate to process return.
• Request customer credit/exchange invoices.
• Request vendor return purchase orders.
• Request for return authorization from vendor.
• Meet daily return volume goals to stay current.
• Maintain customer focus in regards to quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the department and with other departments within the company, customers and vendors.
• Perform related duties as required by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous Warehouse experiences a plus.
• Ability to work 8 to 10 hours a day standing up.
• Maintains high level of accuracy in all aspects of job functions.
• Ensures strong sense of personal and professional ethics and character.
• Team player with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization; executives; staff; clients; outside agencies; organizations and individuals.
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain the production pace of other team members.
• Forklift certified a plus.
• Ability to meet all required deadlines; ability to change priorities quickly as needed; ability to independently handle stress and maintain a mature problem-solving demeanor.
