Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Care Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home care company in NJ is looking for an RN to manage a caseload for our QA 30 day Patient Satisfactory surveys via telephone to assess their physical and psychosocial needs while keeping any nursing notes within our internal database.

Position Summary: Manage inbound and outbound calls QA 30 day patient satisfactory surveys following up with members' certified health conditions, current nursing care and program coverage.

Position Requirements:
Current RN NJ License

One-year professional experience as a RN in the United States

Current CPR certification

Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) Required
