RN/LPN Nurse
Full Time (8 Shifts Per Pay) and Part Time (Every Other Weekend/Holiday) * Nights 11 pm – 7 am * RN/LPN Nurse's earn between $32.00-$40.00/hour

As an RN/LPN Nurse, as a valuable team member, you will ensure that the physical and psychosocial needs of the residents are met in a timely and dignified manner. This position requires a current PA RN or LPN License.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report at start of shift with worksheet to receive shift report.
Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel.
Count narcotics with off-going nurse.
Administer scheduled medications in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations. Perform scheduled treatments, wound assessments and documentation as per facility policy.
Document pertinent information on residents including but not limited to: 7 day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, incidents/accidents and vital signs.
Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders and prepare for physician rounds.
Regular attendance is an essential function.
Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel.
Attend meetings and in-services as required.
The 11p – 7a nurse is responsible for the neighborhood medication sheet re-caps.
