As a Room Attendant, some of your duties will include but are not limited to
- Service assigned guest rooms / public space and ensure excellent quality.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests at all time.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to hotel guideline.
- Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest rooms.
- Empty trash containers, remove all dirty Terries and replace with clean par.
- Clean bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub and floor.
- Replace facial, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and location.
- Remove dust and debris on television, clock radio, remote control and cable box.
- Mop occupied and vacant guest rooms.
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
- Turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Supervisor.
