Description of business unit

Our BIIS Department within the Contact Centre is a Business Unit within Bank of Ireland Insurance Services and is the first point of contact for many of our personal and business customers for insurance queries. The Team are focussed on providing a high level of service to our customers supporting them with queries / new insurance business quotes and conversion to policies.

We are currently going through an extraordinary period of transformation and growth, adapting to what our customers need from us now in an ever changing digital world.

Purpose of the Role

To providebest in class customer care by providing clear solutions in a timely manner along with ensuring strong customer care.
