Job Summary:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping customers succeed? Bay-master, a long-standing provider of automotive shop management software, is seeking a Sales and Customer Success Associate to join our team!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive new business and help our customers revolutionize their auto repair shops with software. As a Sales and Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle: identifying and qualifying sales leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. You will also work with our existing customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our software and resolve any issues they may have.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent customer service, tuned critical thinking skills, and a strong sense of compassion for our end-users. If you have experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of auto repair shop operations, that's a plus!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle from identifying future customers to the initial contact, to closing deals that result in strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborating with our customer success team to seamlessly move customers from the sale into use of the Bay-Master system
- Ensure the completion of necessary account paperwork including but not limited to merchant service applications and scheduling training appointments.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
This position is primarily remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
